With a minimum of 7 feet of clear access, we can deliver your sauna fully assembled. Delivery is free within the Pays-d’en-Haut region. Outside this area, delivery fees vary based on location. If access is limited, we offer on-site installation: $500 for non-insulated saunas $1,000 for insulated saunas A level base is required (concrete, deck, patio, or compacted gravel). Electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Our saunas are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on the structure and components. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance.

We offer both electric and wood-burning heaters. Customers can choose the option that fits their needs, and we’re always happy to recommend the right power or stove size based on the sauna model and how they plan to use it.

Electric saunas require a dedicated 240-volt circuit. Electrical work is not included and must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable codes.

Some models offer customization options, such as heater power, window configuration, interior layout, and exterior finishes. Availability and pricing may vary.
